Social Network Analysis (SNA) can be a powerful tool for understanding how a group of people coalesces into a team. Jeni Cross, Ph.D., will discuss the novel teaming readiness assessments her team developed for the Office of the Vice President for Research at Colorado State University. This talk will explore how SNA can be used to identify teams that are struggling, indicate what kinds of interventions might help the team coalesce, and document progress in team development. In addition, she will discuss the insights from network science on team management and organization. Zoom recording will be made available after the event.
