Research Responsibilities and Compliance

The Ohio State University Office of Research helps Ohio State faculty, staff, and student researchers navigate research requirements through education and quality improvement initiatives designed to facilitate research, improve efficiencies, and ensure regulatory compliance. We also support and promote ethical research practices at The Ohio State University, by coordinating institution-wide research compliance policy and procedure development, and by partnering with researchers, so that the university is compliant with federal, state, and local laws and regulations as well as university policies.
