The following information includes up-to-date public bid postings where vendors may view bidding opportunities for purchases planned by the Grants Shared Services Center. Such purchases are for research projects administered by Sponsored Programs and may include funding from federal, state and industrial sponsors. Vendors are not required to register in order to view bidding opportunities. Please follow the instructions provided in the posting.

Bid Submissions
All bids must be submitted to the Grants Shared Services Center to the attention of the point of contact (POC) in accordance with the bid submission instructions listed in the bid posting.
Communications
All questions and communications pertaining to bid postings must be directed to the POC listed in the bid posting (reference the Bid No. and other pertinent bid information in any communications). Contact with any other Ohio State faculty, staff and/or students may result in a disqualification of the vendor. Any oral communication will be considered unofficial and non-binding, and will not change or alter the bid opportunity.
