LabArchives is a cloud-based Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) application that allows users to electronically create, store, share and securely manage data, which is provided for free to Ohio State's research community through a contract between ERIK and LabArchives.
The LabArchives team will be at Ohio State to provide hands-on training on:
- October 22 from 10 - 11:30 a.m. in the Research Commons
- October 22 from 2 - 3:30 p.m. at the James Cancer Hospital
- October 23 from 10 - 11:30 a.m. in the Biomedical Research Tower
- October 23 from 2 - 3:30 p.m. in the Physics Research Building
- October 24 from 10 - 11:30 a.m. at the James Cancer Hospital
- October 24 from 2 - 3:30 p.m. in the Energy Advancement and Innovation Center
Attendees should bring a laptop for this hands-on training. The sessions will include tips for using LabArchives, including importing, searching and retrieving scientific data. Attendees will be able to: build a LabArchives notebook that compliments current research workflow and lab structure; identify best practices and tips for managing a lab notebook with member access management and activity feed; and maximize collaboration across a notebook with lab members while protecting intellectual property.
LabArchives ELN makes it easy to record, organize, analyze, and share experiments and data wherever you are. Improve the availability of your data with all your workflows, methods and findings on one secure and accessible software platform.
