CTSI Business of Team Science 2025

The Center for Clinical and Translational Science (CTSI) is excited to announce that applications are now open for the Business of Team Science 2025 workshop series. This innovative program is designed to equip researchers and professionals with the skills to lead and thrive in cross-disciplinary teams.

There will be six virtual ZOOM sessions that blend conceptual frameworks with hands-on practice, guiding participants through the developmental arc of teaming from compelling purpose to role clarity and adaptive leadership.

Whether you're an early-career investigator or seasoned team leader, this program offers a transformative experience in team science leadership.

Enrollment Cap: 30 participants per semester

NOTE: This series will be offered during the fall semester virtually over six 1.5-hr sessions in the fall semester and in the spring semester in-person over two days. Spring semester applications will open in December.
