Better Research Through Better Mentoring Training

The CTSI, in partnership with the Ohio State Graduate School, will host a mentor training session for faculty members who serve as mentors. Using the nationally recognized CIMER curriculum, participants will strengthen mentoring skills in aligning expectations, fostering independence, effective communication, professional development and creating a mentoring plan.

This session is open to all faculty mentors. Seats are limited.
