Workday Session Focused on Procurement

In response to your questions and concerns, a new Workday office hours series is now available designed specifically for Principal Investigators.

Host Drew Jasin, Manager of the Grants Shared Services Center, will review:

• The Budget vs Actuals by Object Class summary of the budget, expenses, encumbrances, and balance of a grant.
• The Purchase Order Remaining Balances report with encumbrance details on a grant, used to identify which POs are unpaid.
• How to find procurement transactions (Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Supplier Invoices) in Workday.

While we will have limited capacity to address other topics, we do want to hear your questions and will cover them as time allows. Submit your questions here.
