The Enterprise for Research, Innovation and Knowledge is in need of peer reviewers for this year’s President’s Research Excellence (PRE) seed fund competitions. Having a strong, diverse pool of peer reviewers will help ensure the best and most impactful proposals are selected for funding based on expert feedback.
All reviewers will remain anonymous and reviews will be provided using a survey form. No more than three proposals will be assigned to a reviewer during any competition cycle. The review timeline for Fall 2024 Accelerator and Catalyst proposals is:
- November 25 - 27: review assignments distributed
- December 23: evaluations due
Dates are yet to be determined for the Spring 2025 competition but are targeted for late April to early May.
Changes have been made to the review process in response to feedback from previous cycles, including streamlining the evaluation criteria and process and requiring longer narratives to allow for additional technical content and better-informed reviews.
