To complete the migration from e-Protocol to Huron Safety, the Huron Research Suite site will be unavailable beginning at 5 p.m. on Friday, April 17 until 6 a.m. on Sunday, April 19. Users actively working in the system during these times may experience session loss and possible data loss.
The Huron Research Suite includes Huron IRB and Huron Safety. To avoid disruptions or loss of work, please refrain from using the system during the entire downtime window.
On Monday April 20, e-Protocol will become read-only for IBC Safety. All approved protocols will be in the Huron Safety system. Any protocols submitted but not approved in e-Protocol must be resubmitted in the Huron Safety system. All IBC submissions will be managed in the Huron Safety system only.
Instructions to initiate a new submission in the Huron Safety system are available on the Research Administrative Platform Transition page, including the PI and Study Staff training module. The training module provides an overview of the Huron Safety system and will be updated throughout the transition period with new content as appropriate.
