NIH issued new notices that describe changes to the Biosketch and other support format page templates required in all proposals and RPPRs due on or after January 25, 2022.
The stated purpose of the changes is to support the need for applicants and recipients to provide full transparency and disclosure of all research activities, foreign and domestic. These changes may be significant for some researchers and could require obtaining additional documents.
Review a description of the changes and impact on Ohio State researchers. For those unable to attend the Zoom presentations hosted by the Office of Sponsored Programs during September, additional Zoom presentations were added in January to provide information about the new requirements and answer additional questions. Each session provides information for both Ohio State research administrators and investigators engaged in NIH sponsored research.
