Corona Virus and Your Research: Webpage provides Research Recovery Plan for Staged Reopening

Beginning in June, Ohio State will move to a new stage of restarting on-campus research labs, studio and field activities. To ensure the health and safety of our faculty, staff and students, the Office of Research has worked with colleges and many committees and units across campus to develop a staged approach to returning to on-campus research activities. A new Coronavirus and your Research webpage provides the important guidance and documents to help support the safe and effective reopening of research activities.

Information included was developed out of invaluable guidance and recommendations from the final report of the faculty-led Research Recovery Committee. In addition, we have been informed by the university’s COVID-19 transition task force and its committees, including the Safe Campus & Scientific Advisory and PPE subgroups. We also have received regular briefings from the Infectious Diseases Institute.
