Technology Licensing & Commercialization (TLC) fosters an entrepreneurial culture at the university and accelerates the transition of Ohio State developments into products, services, and new or expanded jobs including start-up companies based on university intellectual property. TLC provides assistance with invention reports, confidential disclosure agreements (CDAs), material transfer agreements (MTAs), and any intellectual property or commercialization-related questions that might arise.
