The Ohio State University Research Foundation (RF) promotes the development, implementation, and coordination of sponsored research by assisting faculty and staff in identifying sources of extramural support, submitting proposals and accepting awards on behalf of the university, representing and protecting the interests of principal investigators and the university in contract negotiation, and providing purchasing, accounting, and other administrative services for sponsored projects.
