The Plant-Microbe Genomics Facility serves Ohio State researchers, as well as other researchers in the state of Ohio and beyond, providing the expertise and means to study genomes from DNA sequence to protein expression from any organism. The facility can sequence genes as well as analyze their frequency and distribution with genotyping. Gene expression can be determined precisely with real-time PCR or globally with microarrays. The gene products can be separated and identified with proteomics. The interaction of many different biological molecules can be analyzed through the biomolecular interaction analysis instrumentation. Please see our web site for a complete description of services and fees.
