Roles and Responsibilities

To examine existing documentation on roles and responsibilities in research administration and make recommendations about how these can be more clearly defined.

Compliance and Accountability

To discuss the role of compliance in research administration and determine how a climate can be created at OSU that promotes awareness and support of these issues.

Processes and Procedures

To identify ineffective procedures and propose ways in which these can be streamlined.

Communications - Newsletter

To explore the concept of a newsletter that would present information to the OSU research community about research administration processes, procedures, best practices, etc.

Training - Programs for PIs, Certification Curriculum, Special Topics for Continuing Education

To work toward the development of a comprehensive research administration education program for faculty, and staff at OSU.
